In the year 2000 I was introduced to a very good artist and great guy Scotty. At the time Scott and wife had a small tattoo shop; Canadian Custom Tattoo. I was just getting into screen printing and had some experience but it was limited to a small press I had made in my parents garage and I was drying t-shirts using an old oven. After meeting Scotty I decided to take the plunge and purchased a brand new manual press with spot dryer and large conveyor dryer. Scotty and I went into business together and opened up Canadian Custom Tattoo and Clothing on Edmonton Trail in Calgary. We spent hours upon hours renovating the shop and turning it into a bit of retail center as well as a tattoo parlour.
Almost everyone who got tattooed bought a t-shirt and things rolled along quite well for awhile. After a while we decided to go our separate ways and I went in the direction of the promotional industry and continued on with what is now Canadian Custom Clothing.
Our goal now is to offer the highest quality screenprinting and embroidery services on both a contract level as well as a promotional/ specialty advertising level.
